4. Where it all goes, tap by tap

In ChatGPT, open the side menu, tap Projects, then New project. Name it Juniper Lane Assistant.

Step 2. Add the instructions.

Inside the project, open its settings, tap Instructions and paste section 1.

Step 3. Add the brief.

Tap Add files and upload the business brief. Update it whenever a price changes.

Step 4. Use it.

Start every customer chat inside the project. Paste a message, get a reply. Paste job details, get a quote. Ask for this week's 3 posts.

Keep private details out.
